  • First author MUST be the presenting author and MUST be completely registered.
  • Each registrant is permitted to submit only ONE abstract as presenting/first author.
  • Abstracts will be considered only if the following guidelines are respected.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in electronic form. The abstract should be written in such a way that the Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions are clearly described. However, the use of these headings in the abstract text is NOT mandatory.
  • Abstracts MUST be submitted electronically according to the given instructions. Abstracts submitted by fax or by email will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts should be submitted in MS Word format or any compatible file format.
  • When submitting your abstract, choose the most relevant topic. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on a final topic assignment upon abstract selection.
  • Abstracts from presenting authors who are not registered to attend the Meeting WILL NOT be accepted.
  • Abstracts will be included in the Abstract Book. Therefore, all listed authors must agree to and authorize the publication of the abstract, including its text, figures, and tables. Submission of an abstract confirms that all authors have been informed of and consent to its publication in the Abstract Book.

Abstract submission will open on 1st October 2026 and abstracts should be submitted via the website. Please register using the login and password provided during the registration process and then proceed with "Abstract submission". The abstract file should be saved as follows: name_surname_poster.doc or name_surname_oral.doc (or .docx in either case). Each participant can submit only ONE abstract as presenting author, for poster or oral communication, and this should be indicated upon submission.
